We aim to keep our shipping simple, transparent, and fair, while ensuring your order arrives safely and in good condition.

Shipping Fees

Our shipping fees are based on your order value:

$50–$100: $10 shipping fee
$100–$150: Free shipping
Minimum order value: $50 per order

Orders that do not meet the minimum order value of $50 will not be eligible for checkout.

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).

Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received.

Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order is dispatched or out for delivery, you may receive additional delivery notifications depending on the delivery method used.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, traffic, or peak demand periods.

Perishable Goods & Delivery Responsibility

Our products include fresh and perishable goods.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

Someone must be available to receive the delivery at the nominated address
Products must be promptly refrigerated or stored appropriately upon delivery

We are not responsible for spoilage or deterioration caused by delayed acceptance, incorrect delivery details, or improper storage after delivery.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please ensure all delivery details are accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by you.

Additional delivery fees may apply if a redelivery is required.

Failed or Missed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed because no one is available to receive the order, the order may be returned, discarded, or otherwise handled in accordance with food safety requirements.

In such cases, refunds or replacements may not be available.
