1. Eligibility and Access

All refunds, replacements, and returns are governed by our Refunds & Returns Policy.

Prices, promotions, and availability may change at any time without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

Delivery fees and other applicable charges will be clearly displayed at checkout.

You authorise us to charge your nominated payment method for all amounts payable and warrant that you are authorised to use that payment method.

5. Shipping, Delivery, and Perishable Goods

Delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the address provided in your order.

For perishable goods, you are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the delivery and that products are promptly stored in accordance with food safety guidelines. We are not responsible for deterioration of products due to delayed acceptance, incorrect delivery information, or improper storage after delivery.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
